THEORY INSTRUCTOR COURSE

A practical instructional techniques course is a combined and theoretical course. The aim is to give the instructors required knowledge and pedagogical skills and is required to teach at IAAN, unless the instructor have been appropriately assessed by head of training at IAAN.

STDI/OJTI COURSE and STDI/OJTI REFRESHER COURSE

The STDI/OJTI instructors training is combined with blended hours, theoretical and practical simulator training course developed by IAAN, by IAAN to obtain STDI endorsement, but also to obtain OJTI endorsement at ATC units.

The STDI/OJTI instructors training is combined with blended hours, theoretical and practical simulator training course developed by IAAN. The course is tailor made for continuation training, designed to maintain the validity of the endorsements.
